Return and Refund Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on www.rianaluxury.com, operated by Kiari Global Solutions.


1. Shipping

We currently ship across India.

  • Order Processing Time: 2–3 business days
  • Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (depending on location)

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share a tracking link via email and WhatsApp.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, high order volumes, or regional restrictions.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders over ₹500
  • Orders below ₹500 may incur a flat shipping fee
  • Shipping charges are subject to change at our discretion

3. Returns & Replacements (7 Days)

We accept returns or replacements within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

How to Request:
Email us at info@rianaluxury.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Return Eligibility:
Returned items must be:

  • In saleable condition
  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging with invoice and tags intact

Products that are used, opened, or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.


4. Refunds

If your return is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery:

  • A replacement will be sent, or
  • A refund will be processed within 7–21 business days

Note: No refunds will be issued unless the return meets our 7-day return policy criteria.
